A new multi-unit residential building coming soon to the North Shore. The structure will be composed of four stories, underground parking, 50+ units, with commercial space below on the ground floor. Project is accommodating a percentage of affordable units, and will use energy efficient appliances, windows and materials. Interior finishes are advised through Mercurio, where we are recommending a warm, inviting, library-inspired atmosphere. Finish palettes include white oak, cognac leather and matte black accents. Classic patterns like herringbone and tweed captured in the lobby and amenity spaces. Stay tuned for the completion of this exciting new addition to the city of Beverly.
